Kennoway Drive is right beside Dumbarton Road, Partick where there is access to all public transport, shops, restaurants, pubs etc.
The flat is right beside Thornwood Park where you can sit and relax on one of the benches on a sunny day.
It is a ground floor flat, which is always very useful when carrying the shopping bags!
The accommodation
Kennoway Drive is a lovely bright and sunny flat. It is one of the traditional "Glasgow" red sandstone tenement buildings. It has the characteristic lovely bay window in the lounge/dining area.
A large entrance hallway meets you when you go in the door. Off the hall, you have:
- A separate kitchen. All appliances are included, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, cooker, fridge with lots of storage space. All kitchen utensils are provided.
- A bathroom. A full bath with overhead shower powered by the mains so great water pressure! Delightfully decorated. New towels will be provided.
- Large storage cupboard which could accommodate your bike, prams, etc. Vacuum cleaner and ironing board are provided.
- Large double bedroom. This faces the rear of the flat. It is very quiet. The room has a double bed, free standing mirror wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a big built in cupboard which houses the combi central heating boiler. There is an internet connection in the bedroom and space for a workstation to hold the PC. All bed linen is provided.
- Lounge / dining room. Bright and very sunny room. There is a leather 2 and 3 seater, TV and DVD player as well as a table and 4 chairs. Freshly decorated.

Minimum six month lease.
Council tax band B with Glasgow City Council. Tenants must ensure they contact Glasgow City Council to register for council tax payment.
Electricity supplier is Scottish Power.
Gas supplier is Npower.
There is an NTL line in the flat which would allow phone connection and internet connection.
